garden-variety frustration

I'm at work. I can't get to my SAS programs because of network "issues", so I can't actually *work*. Grrrr.

side note, more positive: I did order the Tush Cush. $40 well-spent, I hope.

And, I have discovered that my workday really begins the night before, when I set out my clothes and get my breakfast put together. Things need to run on rails with no surprises from then until when I actually arrive at work, or I get very unhappy.

I discovered this because my beloved, *after* I had done all my next day prep, announced that in fact he had not gotten my car inspected, and therefore I would need to use his to get to the train station. Which meant that this morning I had to shift stuff from my car to his car, and of course I forgot to shift any winter gear, so I had no hat or gloves this morning. And I don't blow dry my hair, so my head was cold, and now I feel miserable.

(Plus I have my period and am crampy and grouchy in general, and my office smells really weird, even after running the fan for a bit. I so do not want to be here right now!)

obPatriots: Yes, it's great that they won. Happy people in the dead of winter in New England is a good thing. BUT it means that I have to get up extra early tomorrow, so I can get to work early and leave early, before the commuter rail is overstuffed with drunken Patriots fans.
