111 men go shirtless while shopping at Abercrombie and Fitch. The reaction of the store manager is predictably absurd...

My second favorite bit:
Employee: "Sir, I'm going to have to ask you to either put on a shirt or be escorted out of the store."
Me: "But... I'm looking for a shirt..."
Employee: "Where is the shirt that you came in?"
Me: "That shirt was awful. Your shirts are way better."

I don't think that employees can insist someone leave if he's peacefully complied with a request to put on a shirt.

That was pretty funny. I wonder if a case could be made against Abercrombie & Fitch over this as New York has an explicit shirtless is okay law in public spaces. (And, it's unisex, too, which I find quite entertaining.) I can understand wanting patrons in a restaurant to wear a shirt, but other places, not so much.

I believe stores may institute reasonable policies such as requiring a shirt, as long as it is posted and applied evenhandedly. I don't know if the topless model means the policy is being applied inconsistently.

I think one of the bits claimed that there is no notice in Abercrombie & Fitch about that policy. But, yeah, they can definitely have an acceptable dress policy, and there's nothing wrong with that at all.
