Awwwww! They really are too cute. If only they stayed that way, I might better like the idea of having them as pets. ;-)

they are so adorable but it makes me alittle sad - I saved a little gray fruit rat (actually my dog brought me the rat as a present) who couldn't have been more than a couple of days old. I immediately started like 3 hour feedings, got on the internet to see how I could possibly save him. I managed to get him all the way to a month old, named him Houdini and then one day he got really sick, really fast and died. The *funny* thing is I cried harder and longer on that day than I have for any of my dogs that pasted away (and I love/loved all of my dogs). Not sure why I'm rambling but just had a feeling you would understand.
