I'm pro-choice

Without going into a whole lot of detail, I've been pro-choice since I was old enough to understand what an abortion is, and why a woman might get one. In other words, for over 30 years; my mom was not squeamish about talking about this with me.

My own medical situation means that had I become pregnant at any time, I would have had an abortion. I dodged that bullet, but I don't think I have the right to make a choice for anyone else.
