the choices were...
Aug. 27th, 2006 12:12 am- Stay at the overcrowded party feeling weird and in the way, because everyone I would want to talk with is on Arisia staff and has no time
- Go to other, similarly overcrowded parties and feel even more anxious because there I probably wouldn't know anyone
- Use alcohol to deal with (1) or (2) above. And feel bad later for making that choice.
- Come back to the room and waste time online.
- Come back to the room and do something more productive.
I am currently in the process of moving from (4) to (5). And I have a sore throat *again*.

Date: 2006-08-27 04:10 pm (UTC)I hate rooms full of people, I don't care how interested I am in what they are going on about I'm just too distracted by that many conversations happening at once to enjoy any of them and I just want to curl up.
Feel better soon.
