quietann1. How do you feel about the aging process?
I try not to think about it a lot, but I'm not fighting it either. Getting old happens -- if you don't die young.
2. What the best part about getting older? Why?
I am calmer, and more comfortable in my own skin. I understand and accept that the world does not live up to my ideals.
3. What's the worst part about getting older? Why?
I don't have as much energy (not that I was a high energy person to start with). My metabolism is changing, so it's easier to gain weight. Various body areas are sagging more.
4. How do you feel about having gray hair? Why? Would you ever dye your hair to cover up the gray? Why?
I actually don't feel bad about having gray hair, but I do use henna to disguise it. This is mostly because my natural hair color is *not* one of the ones that looks good going gray. At some point my hair will be gray enough that I will stop hennaing it.
5. What goal do you want to achieve by the time you are 60 years old?
Just being alive and reasonably healthy would be enough.
