Of course, it doesn't say how many they're required to stock, nor how often they need to reorder it. Meaningless. And it's easy enough for a pharmacist to say, "We're out of stock," no matter what it is.
Given the way that customers have been able to hit stores with the item pricing law stick, I would hope that if they do try pulling such stunts that they'll get slapped around.
The state law that allowed an individual to sue companies because they failed to adhere to the law (such as item pricing) was weakened in a recent court decision.
Related to the above announcement, NPR said Walmart said it's reconsidering their policy on emergency contraception pills in other states.
