I have no idea why.
BTW -- that CD has some wonderful songs... and a few not so wonderful, especially the two that sample someone with a very squeaky voice (or possibly not, but tweaked to make it so). The best are: Blinded by the Sun, Broken, White Trash Beautiful, Angel, Lonely Road and Sad Girl. Lots of tragic country music themes in there....
