time to start over

My apologies to anyone and everyone attending or hosting various social events today; I won't be there. I am grumpy and in pain -- the neck is better but the pain has migrated into my left shoulder and arm -- and not fit for human consumption. (Ahem.)

(I will, however, be able to ride on Tuesday; even if I am a bit ouchy, I have no range-of-motion issues like I did a few days ago. Yay!)

I am going to take a nap and start the day over.
