The only other LJ icon I might use here is, um, semi-erotic (lots of bare skin, no naughty bits.) And since Ben took the photo, I'd need to be sure it's OK with him first.
I'd recommend using it once you get the OK from Ben. Naughty bits are probably the gray area. I have a couple of friends who use some outright nudity in their icons, which means I already have to be careful whose standing behind me if I check LJ at work. Since I'm taking such precautions already, a semi-erotic icon with skin but no naughty bits won't require me to change my surfing habits.
