1. We have a Toyota Tundra, V8, 2WD. Ben bought a bed liner and a cap for it.

2. St. Lawrence Nurseries: http://www.sln.potsdam.ny.us/ Don't be put off by how "basic" the website is.
Unfortunately (for you) their spring shipping season is over. They do ship their trees again in the fall. Apples (which is what you want, right?) do best when planted while dormant.

Oh, we bought the Toyota from the big dealer in Nashua, NH. Ben started at Ira Toyota in Tewksbury, but the customer experience there was... less than ideal. (They had a Tacoma (smaller truck) they were trying to move, but it didn't really have everything Ben needed. Once he said that he didn't want *that* truck, they kind of blew us off. Eventually, we just walked out and went up to Nashua and from there, truck-buying happenned...)
