I hope everyone isn't tired of this one yet:

if you read this,
even if i don't speak to you often,
please post a memory of me.
It can be anything you want, it can be good or bad,
just so long as it happened.

You looked lovely at your own wedding, and who could forget hastily relocating the huppa and all the guests to the inside of the barn on account of hail!

You doing lovely quilting projects at Craftnite, and coming over with all those fun little fabric squares to sort- and explaining to me about how to do those two-interlocking-themed cut-up quilts you learned in the class that time.

I remember driving with you and Ben to a Baitcon and sitting in a rest area talking to you about diabetes and your pump and the blood test unit, you were afraid I would be squicked by the whole thing but I was actually quite fascinated. That was quite a while ago.

Also taking care of your rats for you when you lived in Waltham.

You helping us clean up the yard before Chip and Anne's wedding, looking glowingly beautiful and happy in your overalls.

Any time a memory can contain the phrase, "nice tits", is a good memory!

I remember you smiling and shaking your head with amusement at Deguspice's penchance for over-committing during last years Arisia. I also remember your rant about finding good lace up boots and work cloths with a sense of style that is all your own. I understood that rant so well. I had total sympathy for that particular problem.

You've been a good friend for years, so there are lots. :-)

Most recently, calling me a lot to see how I was doing. (thank you! It means a lot.)

A few years ago at Laurie's b-day party. I was alone in the yard at the grills. It was dark out. I'd been having a really hard time of it lately and was feeling really down and blue. You came out to say hi and give me a hug.

That really meant a lot to me at the time. Thanks!

One nice thing about being a spouse is there are lots of memories.

To pick just one, I'd choose the last Disclave.  Standing in front of the hotel room's window, watching the natural fireworks as the lightening lit up the night's sky, with my arms wrapped around you.

Ok, I have to add another, even though I already posted one...

Being incredibly honored to be one of the people picked to hold a pole on the chuppa at your wedding.

My very first conversation with you, at an Arisia, where I thought you were one of the prettiest and most intelligent women I had ever met. (Still do.)

you bringing a pair of adorable very warm rats to my apartment shortly after i lost my little one and the day before i was leaving for the solo move to ohio. Putting the pair in the bathtub to cool off as soon as you got there so we could revive the puddles of rat. :)

I was very unhappy about having to put my girl down and having to be alone in a new state without little buddies and I'm still grateful for you generously giving me the boys and even hand delivering them to my place in the crazy time before the move. They made the drive and the move so much nicer and i love to come home to them and play with them out here.
