Ice and snow on roads --> 4 times losing control of car in 2 miles, including once on I-93.

Oddly enough, the BJs over near Wellington Circle was one of my stops. It was definitely less crowded than usual, although the Winter Storm Warning French Toast Effect was definitely in force as a lot of the people who were there seemed to be stocking up on bottled water, bread, milk, and eggs... the last three of which are all 'stocked convenience items' and not economically priced there anyway.

I'd like to take this moment to thank the school superintendant of Quincy, MA, for cancelling Quincy public schools today. (I get the day off if either Boston or Quincy cancels, and Boston didn't.) That would not have been a fun commute.
