in better news...
Nov. 5th, 2004 09:15 pmI am going to be teaching again in the spring (same class, different students), and my supervisor for my other job can continue funding me half-time at least through the end of June.
Slightly worse news: I have lost my desire to quilt. It is possible that I have just so overwhelmed myself with fabric and projects in the past 6 years that I have paralyzed myself. I did go to the quilt show in Nashua today, but not my class. I probably won't go to Sunday's class either.
And now... I need to start on another lecture.

Date: 2004-11-06 04:57 am (UTC)This happens to me on occasion. I go whole hog into a hobby for a while then I put it away and don't look at it for a year. I have done that with beadwork, embroidery, quilting etc. Right now I am on a crocheting kick but I'm starting to get bored with it so it'll probably get put away again for another year while I pick up one of the others for a while. I'm feeling like getting into sewing again so I may dust off the machine and do something there. I just got this beautiful piece of white velvet and I want to make a dress. Maybe quilting...
Working in a fabric store is going to be expensive for me, but inspirational!
