vampire mice!

Today, we saw the baby mice for the first time since Mama Mouse moved them. We were having breakfast, and I said something about the mouse, and she came out of her box (she's a very smart mouse; she knows how to beg for peanuts). The only thing was, she had three HUGE babies clamped to her nipples, so her mobility was rather impaired. She dragged them all over the cage and eventually into the trap. They are big, and furry, and I am pretty sure their eyes are open.
