quietann1. very sad... as I was leaving work, there was a guy laying on the sidewalk with two Tufts cops standing over him trying to convince him to get up and move on. Every time they said anything to him, he groaned. I rather suspect that he was an alcoholic going through withdrawal... a completely miserable experience from what I understand.
2. very funny... On the T, there was a youngish, Asian teenager with a very "mature" and probably older teenage girl. He was flirting like mad with her, and she was kind of putting up with it the way one puts up with a puppy dog. He was wearing the usual pants 5 sizes too big, and I rather suspect that he didn't need a belt, as he was hormonal enough that he could hang the waistband on his "equipment."
3. very tacky... Heading towards north station, I was walking behind a tall, slim woman who was wearing the most bizarre jeans. They appeared to be denim-colored, shiny satin, and had ruching along the side seams (both inner and outer) as well as weird zippers below the knee.
