For everyone except for deguspice: What does the following mean?

"/* PROC SURVEYMEANS for MSX in NHANES III */"

I'd guess:

PROC = procedure, a subroutine in the code

SURVEYMEANS = survey means, overall means of some measured quantities

NHANES III = the third "NHANES" survey or study

MSX = I have no clue

I'm glad to see that the programmer had not really violated this principle.
