That is cool! Proof positive that we are not the only creatures in the world with creative impulses! I've seen worse paintings sold on Newbury St on a sunny day by vagrants/artists from the local art school. Besides, I like Kricket's sensitivite to color and brushstrokes!
hee! Well, unlike rabbits, rats don't have any fur on the bottoms of their feet, so walking in paint probably isn't so uncomfortable for them. Foot-cleaning is just part of the normal grooming routine for them. (Usually, they clean their back feet after using them to dig around in the ears, which is kinda gross, but... they must get a lot of ear wax or something. And they clean their front feet after wiping their faces with them.) But it might be worth a try with the bunnies anyway...
