foot whine

quietannso I have a divot in my foot now. My podiatrist removed a cluster of *several hundred* warts from the ball of my left foot. This is after trying several other, less severe treatments. All I will say about the procedure is that getting a shot of local anesthetic in one's foot is *painful*, and that the smell of burning flesh isn't one I want to experience again any time soon (he cauterized all the blood vessels that were cut).
I'm tired, and cranky, and my foot hurts a little (but not too bad, thanks to Tylenol #3). And I managed to open up the wound and leave a trail of blood spots on the stairs and into my room and the upstairs bathroom.![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
deguspice kindly cleaned them up. He's being very nice to me even though I am not being very nice to him. That will come later ;)
