I am feeling very marginally better today, probably because the hydrocodone cough syrup allows me to sleep for about 4 hours (until it wears off). Still feverish, still achy, my nose alternates between being entirely stopped up and flooding. bleah. Also a warning to anyone who has been around me in the past 6 days or so -- whatever I have is definitely contagious. If you start getting a sore throat, go to bed and stay there. Stay put even when you are feeling a little better. I think a lot of the reason I am so sick is that I tried to do everything I'd planned for the weekend (tutoring, seeing![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
cgull_, and a birthday party), even though I was not recovered.
The state of the world is such that I would really like to be with my "tribe" right now, but that's not possible. Or talk on the phone, but my voice isn't up to that. So if you have a moment, let me know what you are thinking right now... here or in email. Even if it's really something mundane, or silly, or depressing.
