Excellent! Many people mistakenly make Sukkot challot for Rosh Hashana -- it's nice to see someone doing it RIGHT.

It seems that there might be some disagreement about the "proper" form of roundness for a challah on RH vs. Sukkot -- see kahnman's comments!

It's pretty stale now; we made french toast with it today but I think the rest will likely be fed to the rats...
