The deal: Comment on this entry and I will give you a letter. Write ten words beginning with that letter in your journal, including an explanation what the word means to you and why, and then pass out letters to those who want to play along.
- Water: The most important thing in the world, and one of my favorites. I was born near the ocean, learned to swim in pools and lakes, and love waterfalls and standing in the rain.
- Wind: In combination with water, a wonderful thing. I would also like to install a windmill on our property someday.
- Waltham: where I lived when I first moved to Massachusetts. A nifty town, though much-gentrified since I lived there.
- Wary: an adjective describing much of my attitude towards anything new, and many things not so new.
- Weary: I get weary of being wary.
- Worley: Surname of that guy I like, in a highly intellectual way, and no one else understands it, but that's OK (most of the time).
- Wisteria: A gorgeous flowering
plant. - Wool: a major component of yarn, which I use for crafting. Comes from a very cute critter, too.
- Wild: Something I am generally not. I do have the occasional regrets about it, but have seen enough of the consequences of being wild that I know I'm better off as I am.
- WAR: Good G-d, what is it good for? Absolutely nothing.
