fell off the 100 days wagon

quietannWell, just when I started jury duty, I fell off the 100-days wagon. I've sewn only a little bit, and done only rat cages, as far as cleaning goes. How do I get back on the wagon?
(WRT the cleaning part, it may be easier, since my friend Tom is going to be our houseguest for a week, starting June 17. At the very least I need to clean the bathroom, and neaten the guest room, before he shows up. And I have asked my beloved husband to de-clutter some of the public areas of the house, for Tom's comfort...)
