Naku update again

I haven't had a lot to say about Naku, mostly because things have been going quite well. But here's summary:

1. Her litterbox issues were entirely due to the substrate being new to her. When I put clumping, sand-like litter in the box rather than crystals, her litterbox issues vanished. Now I'm trying putting the cover on the box... we'll see.
   
2. She met her first rats tonight. They are fascinating -- and caged.
   
3. I need to watch how much food I give the cats, because Naku could get quite chunky.
   
4. On the socialization front, we are coming to an agreement. She is one of those cats that hates being looked in the eye, but if one sneaks up on her and pets her, she likes it. Ear rubs are especially good, and belly rubs are not.
   
5. She will get airborne when playing.
   
6. She and Spook continue to have "issues." There is no fur flying, but definitely a certain amount of hissing and growling on Naku's part. Oddly enough, she provokes it much of the time...
